While many of the items in our February release are behind-the-scenes, check out the items below that will have a positive impact on your day-to-day workflow. For instance, you'll love our new event report to help with post-event wrap-up. Also take note of a few other miscellaneous changes to ensure your workflow is operating smoothly.
NEW! Event Registration Summary Report
Do you need more data from your events?

This new three-page event report will allow you to view summarized totals of each registration type sold at your event, if paid or not, and how many attendees are included in those registrations.

  • Page 1 shows all your registration types, $ totals for non-sponsor registrations, and attendee totals for the entire event, including sponsors.
  • Page 2 focuses on Sponsor registrations and the sponsor dollar amounts, and gives a break out of the sponsor names per registration type.
  • Page 3 shows any cancellations.
Find this new report on any event Guest List by accessing the Reports menu and choosing Registration Summary. See where. Or you can access it from the Reports module in the left-hand menu and search for Registration Summary.

Other Improvements
  • Hot Deal eNewsletter – You can now control whether your members will receive an expiration email three days prior to their Hot Deal expiring. There is a new setting that you can enable or disable under Setup>Hot Deal Settings. See where. Need more details on this email? See the wiki here.
  • Improve Experience for Payments Entered by Staff
    • The payment transaction entered by staff from the back office will now be saved immediately after the transaction processes successfully and not rely on further manual interaction. See where.
  • Improve Experience for Refunds Entered by Staff
    • After the refund info is sent to the payment processor and if you click 'Yes' to record the refund transaction, the receipt is saved immediately instead of waiting for you to click Save on the resulting payment transaction screen. See the new Saving Refund message.
    • Partial refund amounts are now also saved automatically on the refund receipt. Note: you can change which line item the partial amount is applied to and then re-save if needed.
    • Tip! For the best, most consistent refund experience, do refunds from the Payment Processing report. See where. (vs from the payment itself). Why? The Payment Processing report has an clean way to display whether the credit card payment has settled and is available to be refunded.
  • Web Lead/Info Request emails updated - More clarity will result from an update to the Web Lead/Info Request emails. When members receive emails from website visitors that reach out via the "Contact These Businesses" or "Send Email" message from your website, they'll see new wording to help them know they should not click Reply on this email but rather reach out to the sender directly. The message added was, "Note: Please do not respond directly to this e-mail. The originating e-mail account is not monitored.” We've also made the From address a No-Reply address.
